A little Frustrated...

When Twisted Boutique opened I figured I should jump the band wagon and let someone else advertise my store. So I looked around a bit and found a few. You know the kind that sends emails to yahoo groups and such. Figured it would be easier than doing it myself. I email 3 of these so called advertising businesses for more information. I have heard back from NONE. Not one! If it is because my store is too small or it is not what they are looking to work with, then they should reply, letting me know so. But no one bothered to reply. It is not like I was asking them to do it for free, I was going to pay like everyone else. I just asked to receive more information before I made up my mind about which service I wanted to go with. Oh well... Guess I will spend my money elsewhere.

I dont know how to provide the freebies in the future cause I really dont feel like giving to people who can not even take a moment to leave a short note for me. So many people download my freebies, but only a few take the time to say thank you. I find that so rude. So I might have to think up some way of doing this differently so I can still provide to those who actually appreciate the freebies.

I also know that after this a few people will feel compelled to sit down and write a long long note to me telling me why they dont have the time to write a 5 second "thank you" on any other day, and a few will also tell me how rude I am for actually asking people to say thank you. I am fine with that cause at least you are writing something. And I am sure your parents would be really proud of you ;)

It has been a long long week. For the past 7 days I have suffered from some serious stomach ache. Still not sure what it is, but it is much better. If it has not gone away 100% within the next couple of days I guess I will have to see a dr. It is not flu related so that is a slight comfort.

So since I havent been able to really sit I have been flat on my back on the couch. Thankfully I have a laptop so I wasnt completely cut off.

I can now sit and I am missing creating quite a bit so hopefully that means I can get some more stuff made for you this next week.

How did you all like the Trick or Treat that Tammy Jo and I put up for you? Would you all be interested in something similar in the future. How did it feel to download and not know what you are getting? Tammy Jo and I had lots of fun and thinking we want to do something like this again soon.
